About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Aged Care Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role will involve:
- Coordinating care packages and staff rosters.
- Leading and managing quality indicators.
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Allied Health professionals, Nurses, and Aboriginal Health Practitioners.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. While experience in aged care or working with Aboriginal communities is highly regarded, it is not essential.Why Join Us?
